Program Manager - Solutions - WW Description - Job Description: Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans ranging from transactional to transformative, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing. Execute projects according to these plans, ensuring all activities are aligned with the strategic goals of the company. Must be highly agile and reactive to business realities and needs. Team Leadership: Define, lead, motivate, and manage large, complex multi-disciplinary team including marketing, product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions to complex business challenges. Facilitate inclusive and effective communication and collaboration within the team. Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and devise contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitor risks throughout the project and adjust plans as necessary. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly update project stakeholders on progress, including senior management, clients, and team members. Manage expectations and negotiate project priorities. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Management: Oversee project finances, including budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising project quality. Reporting: Prepare detailed status reports, including regular updates, forecasts, and presentations to senior leadership and broader stakeholder network. Excellent visulation of problems and solutions required, including use of dashboards and scorecards. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ability to bring stakeholders together and implement change into their teams/organisations as required. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources (human, technical, financial) to meet project objectives. Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply these insights to future projects. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects in Tech industry. Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Attributes: Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and business environments.
