About the Role - Provide expert advice on employment law issues, represent clients in employment tribunals and courts, draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures, offer legal guidance to internal stakeholders and HR teams, stay updated on changes in employment law and share knowledge, work with a prestigious list of household name clients.

Qualifications - Qualified solicitor with 6-10 years of PQE in employment law, experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, in-house legal experience is a plus.
Day-to-day - Prepare and review legal documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide legal support, stay informed about industry trends and developments in employment law, participate in business development activities.
