Branch Manager
Leeds City Centre
£30,000 + bonus
One of my clients in Leeds City Centre are recruiting an experienced Branch Manager to join their team.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the day-to-day management of the branch to ensure business objectives are met.
2. Provide effective leadership to the team, aiming to maximize opportunities and optimize profitability.
3. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.
4. Take a proactive approach, staying aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace.
5. Ensure all business operations comply with applicable legislation.
6. Conduct sales and lettings valuations.
7. Drive the business forward by staying updated on market conditions and opportunities.
8. Use excellent people management and leadership skills to act as a role model for the team.
9. Delegate effectively and manage time efficiently to meet high standards and achieve objectives.
Required:
1. Prior Branch Manager experience is essential.
2. Proven track record in managing people and leading a team.
3. Experience in generating and winning new business.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while providing outstanding customer service.
5. Full UK driving licence.
6. ARLA or RICS qualification is desirable.
