Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time. Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client. Requirements of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline. Experience working on infrastructure projects. NEC contract experience Strong financial management and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full driving license. Willingness to travel within the UK.
