About the role
Vision for Education are recruiting a full-time Year 6 Teacher (YR6) to join a primary school in Gainsborough starting September 2024. This role will be ongoing until at least Easter 2025, with the possibility to turn permanent, therefore this role is a full planning position.
The school are looking for an excellent Year 6 classroom teacher (YR6) committed to high standards for all children, you will have high expectations of the children in terms of behaviour, learning and role modelling, you're a good team player with exceptional work ethic, you have an adaptive approach to teaching and learning and you're determined to make school life a positive, rewarding and enjoyable experience for all.

The desired Year 6 Teacher will have;
1. Experience teaching upper Key Stage Two
2. Be comfortable and confident teaching from Year 3 to Year 6
3. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
4. Have strong behaviour management strategies
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service and satisfactory professional references.
