As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from operational teams to retail teams. Your primary goal will be to optimize our supply chains, resulting in a superior customer experience and a more energy- and cost-efficient business.
* Champion the development of operational elements for the Relay Carrier, defining best practices and coordinating with program leads and training specialists to deliver a top-notch partner experience.
* Establish workflows and standardize carrier engagement throughout the onboarding process, reducing lead times and carrier defects while ensuring carriers have a clear and customized growth plan.
* Increase efficiency and scalability in carrier management by implementing account management tools and supporting the development of systems to enhance communication and interaction between Amazon and new carriers.
* Define, prioritize, and plan resources and technical requirements for program delivery.
* Collect market information and develop strategies aligned with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.
* Develop and drive execution of a vision and goals for carrier onboarding, education, and learning.
* Ensure clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders, including project and program status reports and requirement capture.
* Analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, you'll be responsible for resolving challenges as they arise and driving the company towards new objectives. You'll engage with carriers face-to-face and via phone/Chime, onboarding and coaching them on admin and regulatory compliance, legal compliance, safety, and operational performance.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse group that plays a critical role in our success. We prioritize safety, leveraging our team members' expertise to deliver packages quickly, conveniently, and sustainably. Our team's main objective is to turn entrepreneurs with little or no transportation experience into compliant HGV operators in the transport network.
Requirements
* A degree
* Experience in supply chain management
* Experience in program or project management
* Experience in implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
* Intermediate-level Excel skills
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech teams
