You should demonstrate strong skills in BI tools such as SSRS or PowerBI, along with proficiency in SQL, data queries, manipulation, and tuning. Additionally, you should possess strong skills in unit, end-to-end, and acceptance testing. The ability to lead on technical projects and collaborate with staff from varying disciplines is essential. Experience in Finance, FinTech, or SaaS environments is preferred, as well as the capability to mentor internal staff while liaising with external representatives.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will take the reins as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for solution configurations, leading the implementation and testing of low-code solutions while scoping development and testing projects and timelines. You will be responsible for delivering against overarching business objectives by translating requirements into designs and solutions, all while continuously improving processes alongside the wider development team. Ensuring effective output from the team through mentoring, conducting reviews and sign-offs, as well as validating releases, will be crucial. You will maintain communication with the rest of the technical function and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, promoting Agile methodologies and best practices within the team while keeping up with new tech trends will be part of your responsibilities.
