They specialise in the delivery of high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories within the residential sector. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a driven and hands-on Installation Manager to oversee installation operations, ensuring seamless project execution from point of sale to aftercare. The Role As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the company's installation programme. You will ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Building Regulations, and company policies while driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee installation projects from sales to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues effectively. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations across all installations. Monitor, manage, and improve team performance, driving efficiency and productivity. Train and develop installation teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage stock control, material orders, and equipment to support smooth operations. Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory and company standards. Work closely with the directors, contributing to business strategy and future growth. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Window and Door Installation Manager, managing multiple teams. Strong technical knowledge of glazing products, installation processes, and building regulations. A hands-on leadership approach, with excellent communication and decision-making skills. A thorough understanding of Health & Safety procedures and regulatory compliance. The ability to liaise effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to produce reports when required. PC literacy, with the ability to navigate bespoke company systems.
