Sales Executive Job Description:
1. First point of contact for all enquiries including phone calls, faxes, and emails. These queries can include quotes, queries, technical questions, and orders.
2. Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters. This includes visitors, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
3. Develop a firm understanding of the products as well as the industries they are used in.
4. To be able to take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples, and take care of any other queries that may come up.
5. To achieve combined regional sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of office operating systems such as Excel
2. Strong relationship management skills
3. Ability to present information whilst being positive and having a can-do attitude.
