We are looking for a dynamicand creativeindividual, who haspreviousexperience of working at a senior Personal Assistant level andis able tobringrelevantknowledge, skills, and experience to support asenior management team inour Estates and Facilitiesservices.
You will be highly organised, efficient,reliableandpractical,withaflexibility ofapproach to therole;workingindependentlyaswell aspart a wider administrative team. Duties will includeoverseeing and managing diaries, organising meetings both internally and externally,including the coordination of the forward planner, agendas, papers and takingaccurateminutes.
You willhave excellent verbal and written communication skills and willbeaself-motivated member of our team with enthusiasm to share your knowledge, particularly when managing and mentoring more junior team members.
Our team are supportive and friendly and enjoy good working relationships with partner agencies.This role is based atSt MarksHospital, Maidenhead, with travel to other sites.
You must be a driver and have use of a car.
• Administrative support to managerswithin the senior leadership team
• Establishing systems for reporting andmaintainingsecure databases
• Providing high quality and effective administrative,clericaland secretarial support including arranging meetings and venues
• Develop effective and innovative work practices to maximise effectiveness
• Create presentations, documents and reports whenrequired
• Act as a link across administration teams in other services
• Supporting the team with projects, such as monitoring utilisation of the estate
