Operations Division at Benchmark Capital
Our Platform Operations division comprises various teams dedicated to aiding our top-tiered financial advisers with their account services on our Fusion platform. As an Operations Associate, you will engage in diverse processes across different teams while adhering to stringent service level agreements and timelines.
We seek associates who can work swiftly, efficiently, and precisely. A positive attitude towards change and process efficiency will serve you well in our dynamic environment.

The Location
Our offices are located at the Schroders Campus in Horsham, West Sussex, echoing the same high standards as our main office in the City of London. All our roles are full time, and we follow a hybrid working model, requiring employees to be present in the office 3 days a week. We operate Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
