About the Customer Service
* The role will require you to answer queries from the general public via the telephone.
* Be able to deal with a high volume of calls and remain calm and friendly.
* Must also have good admin skills, able to load information onto a database,
We are looking for candidates who are robust in character, friendly, must have lots of empathy.
Skills required-
* Previous customer service via the phone is essential within an office based environment in any of the following sectors ideally - hospital, doctors surgery, medical centre, education or care homes.
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Data Entry accuracy
* Must have an excellent telephone manner
