To support our sales team, you arrange business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while creating detailed travel itineraries. Managing confidential documents, maintaining records, and ensuring all important paperwork is properly stored and easily accessible are part of your daily responsibilities. You assist in planning and executing projects by coordinating tasks and collaborating with various departments to ensure success. By monitoring small project budgets, you support the finance and sales teams with billing and budget reviews. Additionally, you help maintain internal and external relationships, acting as a liaison to facilitate smooth collaboration with business partners and clients. What you contribute You have a completed degree or vocational training. At least three years of experience in a similar role. You have the ability to inspire others and seamlessly integrate yourself into a high-performing team with positive energy and passion. With strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and initiative, you bring a solution-oriented and structured approach to representing our international business. You are service- and customer-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
