Providing support to the management of our largest international account, Amazon, as well as other key digital retailers in the UK.
Providing support to the online sales team in order to fulfil the online sales targets and overall company strategy.
Utilising our new BI Tool to monitor listing changes, out of stocks, run rates, customer reviews, and lost buy box opportunities on the Amazon platform.
Working with our marketing colleagues in the UK to implement and schedule Amazon Retail and B2B marketing packages to support our key campaigns.
Providing support to our marketing agency for the launch of AMS and DSP campaigns throughout the year.
Analysing the internet channel's sell-out data to present weekly updates to key stakeholders within the business.
Monitoring and investigating sales trends to support the stock forecasting plan. Ensure inventory is planned using data to drive decisions.
Ensuring the promotional calendar is updated and shared with our various buying teams and deal confirmations are documented.
Working with our marketing colleagues to maintain our product detail pages and retailer brandstores to ensure a top-class customer experience.
Conducting competitor reviews and brand visibility, in particular during major deal events.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
1. 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
2. An awareness of online retailing and SEO.
3. Motivated working alone whilst contributing to team objectives.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to build trust and credibility, both internally and externally.
