The Role:
The Project Assistant supports the Account Managers across a variety of client accounts ensuring the success of individual project deliverables within the provided timelines, in budget and to an exceptionally high standard.

Responsibilities:
1. Work to support the Account Manager in liaison with Uniphar Commercial (E4H) UK Ltd | The Studio internal departments and individuals across the organisation including finance, marketing, design, digital and production.
2. Engage and support across a variety of project outputs, including but not exclusive to, live and virtual events, digital and web projects, and publications.
3. Support the creation of project schedules, timelines and briefing documents.
4. Contribute with updates on projects at client meetings and ensure minutes and actions are checked and distributed in a timely manner.
5. Communicate with clients in a timely and proactive manner.
6. Develop strong working relationships with clients.
7. Drive both internal and external meetings with relevant team members and client status meetings in the absence of the Account Manager.
8. Work with clients where required to ensure timely and relevant uploading to their platforms and project management tools (Veeva, TeamWork, Trello, etc.).
9. Manage and monitor the performance of existing projects.
10. Ensure Account Managers are kept abreast of relevant developments and that advice/input from senior team members is sought as appropriate.
11. Support other members of the organisation when required.
Skills/Knowledge:
1. Have at least one year of experience working as a Project or Events assistant.
2. Be confident working with documentation for digital/web-based projects.
3. Work effectively as a team player within the organisation.
4. Be efficient and organised with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Have a high attention to detail, ensuring quality outputs are delivered to our clients.
6. Be able to work under pressure.
7. Have a can-do attitude to focus self and teams on project delivery.
8. Be able to learn new systems quickly.
9. Demonstrate analytical skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.

How we’d like to work together:
As we are a global team, there is flexibility to be based in one of Uniphar’s offices or work from home. There may be a need for face-to-face meetings in other locations, as needed. There may also be some flexibility required in order to interact with colleagues or clients in their time zones (i.e., it’s not a ‘9 to 5’ type of job).
