The Account Manager is part of Cluster Atlantic. Clusters are representing Lely on sales and service of all chosen propositions, safeguarding an integrated proposition including Consumables & Spare Parts and securing the medium and long term development of Lely’s distribution channel. The Account Manager ensures that the different propositions are communicated in an aligned way to the Lely Centers, supports and challenges that budget targets are achieved and steers, grows, develops and professionalises the Premium Distribution Channel. Main Tasks • The Account Managers are responsible for bringing one aligned story out of the different Propositions towards the LC's, which will lead to a balanced Lely portfolio • Steering the Lely Centers based on KPIs (e.g. LC Assessment) that the budget targets of the Business Teams in Sales & Service are achieved • Develops Lely Centers with their resources in Sales & Service with support of Specialists of Business Team members • Supports the Channel Support Team towards Lely Center for improving the LC Service performance and FMS • Driving the Adoption of robotics and New Proposition Introductions (NPIs) from a national perspective • Guides activities in propositions on customer target groups (Family Farms, DXL, Grazing Farms) • Enhancing customer-centricity to continue maximizing each Lely Center’s market share and NPS. • Ensures and trains with help of the Business Teams the overall use of sales tools inclusively CRM and order tools • Assists Channel Development Manager on creating the Lely Center five-year plans together with the Lely Center and set goals and actions will be executed. • Main contact persons in a Lely Center is the Lely Center Manager and the Sales- and Service Manager • Contact Lely Center Manager team regularly on site and online for check-in meetings on the agreed development agenda (Annual Budget and 5 years plan and KPI’s. • Reports back to the Proposition Managers team and works in regular coordination with them to represent them and centralize communication with the Lely Center • Creates input for ADSB sales plans and market insights with CRM data for annual BT budget targets • Signals and proactively identifies when budgets are not met and is able to come up with an action plan and motivate the Lely Center on the relevant themes and connect the right field of expertise in order to improve the performance of the Lely Center We Offer Competitive Salary/Car Allowance/26 days holiday bank holiday/Company doubles employees pension contribution to a max 12%/Reward & Recognition/Employee event days/Wellness and Wellbeing support.
