Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking a part-time Acting Courses Coordinator to proactively support and manage the timetabling of and administrative aspects for the Theatre School’s acting degree courses – BA Professional Acting, MA Screen Acting and MFA Professional Acting.
The role holder will compile, publish and manage day-to-day administration for the acting courses, liaise with course leaders and visiting practitioners, and be integral to researching and administering an online timetabling system. They will also be responsible for appropriate studio and room allocation – including external bookings, such as rehearsal space – and will support industry liaison by organising meetings between graduating students and agents or casting directors.
Equipped with strong organisational skills, particularly in scheduling, you will take the lead in ensuring the acting department operates efficiently and flexibly, responding to changing needs.

Contract: Permanent, part-time
Salary: £13,500 per annum (£27,000 pro-rata)
