Duties can include but are not limited to, leading the running of patient searches and requested reporting data, running call and recall functions for Long Term Conditions and other clinical recalls, administration of databases, user accounts, housekeeping, upgrades and general queries. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide support to the multidiscaplinary team, maintain the organisations IT infrastructure, provide support to the team, ensure all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner and provide local training as necessary, providing first line support for all systems and handing off to external support where appropriate, whilst ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
