Trainer – Learning and Development Permanent – Full time or reduced hours (30) Hybrid Ashby-de-la-Zouch Up to £35,000 £4,000 allowance bonus Focused on soft skills and system training, you will enjoy a mixed role of design and delivery and be given creative freedom to design new and improve the existing offering. While the core role is design and delivery, you can also expect to get involved in broader projects across the function to support fostering a true learning culture across the organisation. You will also support with inductions and 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring to help people realise their potential. Most of the training will be delivered from head office but you’ll need to be tuned into blended learning approaches and use your creativity to ensure that learning interventions are effective, impactful and value rich for your delegates. And given the varying needs of the business, you will need to be an effective relationship builder capable of building rapport and providing a bespoke service where possible. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for individuals with a genuine excitement for helping others better themselves, a creative approach to learner engagement and confidence in delivery capability. You’ll have prior experience in sales, systems or soft skills training and be comfortable working in a professional services working environment.
