What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, no two days will be the same! You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs to live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
* Helping with meal preparation and shopping so people can enjoy healthy, home-cooked meals.
* Supporting with personal care like washing, dressing, and getting ready for the day.
* Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ensuring the home is safe and welcoming.
* Encouraging and supporting individuals to attend leisure activities and socialise within the community. It’s all about creating an atmosphere where people can engage in the activities that make them happy and feel supported.
* Administering medication and assisting with personal finances, budgeting, and other daily life skills.
* Helping individuals maintain important relationships and support networks.
* Working with a team to create a positive, engaging environment where everyone can thrive.

Shift Times
We operate a 24/7 service, so there are plenty of shift options! Our current vacancies include:
* Early shifts (starting at either 7am or 9am) running through until 14:30.
* Late shifts (starting from 14:30/15:30 until 10pm).
We currently have a lot of weekend opportunities and are looking for both full-time and part-time Support Workers.

We’re looking for individuals who share our values and are committed to making a difference. No previous experience is required, but you’ll need:
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn and develop
* A passion for helping people
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
