Sports Coach - Wigan:
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Sports coach or PE assistant to join one of our SEN schools near to Wigan. You will be required to deliver and support sports sessions for children with moderate and complex learning difficulties. This post will start in February and run until July.
Position Details:
* Location: Wigan
* Position: Sports Coach
* Hours: 8:20am-3:20pm
* Type of Work: Temporary
* Full time/Part time: Full time only
* Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day, depending on experience
* Start date: ASAP
* End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with sports or PE
* Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
* Confident in leading PE for small groups
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
