The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Meeting arrangements
* Diary management
* Organising travel arrangements, flights, hotels, restaurants
* Setting up meeting facilities, arranging refreshments/lunch requirements and IT equipment
You will also support the assistant to the Managing Director with production of meeting schedules, liaising across all business areas to ensure continuity. You will work alongside the Events Team compiling a list of preferred suppliers for approved hotels with negotiated costings ensuring the best value practices for all overnight stays and periodically review.
