On behalf of our client, H9 Human Resources is seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. What You’ll Do: Provide expert guidance on employee relations (ER) cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Lead and support strategic EDI initiatives, enhancing workplace culture and promoting diversity and inclusion. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices. Analyse HR trends and provide proactive solutions to improve engagement and organisational effectiveness. What You Bring: Proven experience in an HR advisory or business partner role. Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to manage complex cases confidently. Passion for EDI and fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with a commitment to continuous learning.
