We are looking for an ambitious, curious, creative, and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive - Digital to join our global Marketing, Business Development and Communications ("MBDC") team. This is a new role with responsibility for developing and executing digital campaigns that elevate brand awareness, support business development efforts, and deliver measurable ROI across global markets.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience across SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, display advertising, and website management, as well as a strong focus on data analysis and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
1. Support the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
2. Monitor brand compliance and consistency across all strategic digital platforms and key campaigns including advertising, partnerships and sponsorships.
3. Collaborate with the website team with the management and maintenance of the firm's website, including updates to imagery, tools, content, and user experience across devices.
4. Collaborate with the global MBDC teams on the strategic development and execution of the firm’s global social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
5. Develop and maintain a website traffic plan, setting and monitoring KPIs and goals to enhance performance and visibility.
6. Lead ongoing SEO and usability optimisation across the website and social media channels.
7. Create, manage, and implement editorial and digital marketing calendars in collaboration with content creators and internal stakeholders.
8. Ensure delivery of effective, engaging, and cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.
9. Oversee regular updates to firm blogs, e-newsletters, and social media channels, including news, posts, job listings, and thought leadership.
10. Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of global digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Webmaster Tools, and other analytics platforms.
11. Carry out brand and competitor research, monitor trends and insights, and set relevant KPIs and dashboards and turn reporting into meaningful and actionable insight.
12. Develop and manage A/B testing protocols and procedures to improve campaign outcomes.
13. Support and maintain a segmented marketing database for targeted campaigns and CRM alignment.
14. Work with advertising/media agencies and specialists to drive marketing results where needed.
15. Advocate for the exploration and implementation of AI and automation tools to drive digital marketing innovation, efficiency, and personalisation.
Education, Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
2. Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a professional service or B2B environment.
3. Demonstrable success in leading and/or managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Confident using a wide range of ads, analytics, email automation, CMS platforms, and A/B testing tools.
4. Solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO & SEM concepts, and the ability to train or mentor team members.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to digital platform and campaign management.
6. Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
8. Enjoys continuous learning and is a proactive learner.
9. A team player capable of building good working relationships and collaborating.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
