This is your opportunity to make a difference as you will be pivotal in the provision of a pro-active, professional service for all recruitment activity in the Trust. You will lead recruitment pathways from attraction right through to the end of a new joiner's first year.
Recently nominated for two HR Excellence Awards for our recruitment transformation and strategy work, we're on a journey to realise our vision of being a top employer where our people recommend us as a place to work. This role plays a key part in setting up our new people for success with a seamless onboarding experience.
Main duties of the job
You will be the subject matter expert in developing innovative recruitment strategies and embedding our employee value proposition to attract top talent whilst consistently delivering a positive recruitment experience to our customers.
Relishing a challenge, this is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will drive compliance through a data-driven lens using key performance indicators and production of weekly and monthly reporting to evaluate our user experience. As an individual, you will possess a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.
To succeed, you will have significant experience in leading a customer-focused recruitment service including developing and changing working practices. You'll have in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation with expertise in recruitment best practice. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically, and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.
