Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner – Various Adult Mental Health Teams
Location: Bromley
Rate: £29 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioner to join a busy Mental Team based in Bromley.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies, and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, the Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and self-directed support. This knowledge will help you apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery. You will provide high-quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence by identifying appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users. Additionally, you will be involved in care planning, care coordination, and managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA).

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have a relevant Professional registration (SWE, NMC OR HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
