• Warmly welcoming clients to our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Efficiently registering clients and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
• Supporting the smooth operation of our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.
• Maintaining accurate and organized client notes to ensure seamless results management.
