We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join the dynamic team in Suffolk.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact decarbonisation initiatives within the social housing sector. You will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position involves travel to our Hertfordshire head office for collaboration and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage social housing decarbonisation projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to objectives.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes related to housing decarbonisation.
Key Experience:
1. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or social housing sectors.
2. Strong understanding of decarbonisation principles and sustainable housing practices.
3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
