Job description
Support Worker required to support in a 12-bed children residential Home in Headington. The home is situated on the campus of a SEN school supporting children aged 9+ with learning difficulties.
You must have Right to Work in the UK.
About the role:
You will be working in a residential home supporting children aged 9-19 with learning disabilities and complex needs. The service is split in to two parts, with 6 young people in the residential home nad 6 children in the respite hub.
Temporary to Permanent Position
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working in a care setting but with a resilient and out-going personality. The client is open to taking on candidates with less experience as long as you have the right attitude.
Pay starting from £22,667 per Annum (For Temp to Perm)
Requirements for you as the Support Worker:
1. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
2. Motivated and Committed Individual who wants to make a difference.
3. Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
4. Be able to travel to Headington in your own vehicle or by public transport.
Shift Times:
5. 38 hours per week
6. Working 1 weekend on 1 off.
7. 1 Sleep in Per Week
8. Mix of shifts starting at 07:00 and finishing at 22:00.
