Our client, based in Wellingborough, are currently seeking an administrator to join their busy team. Duties will include: Accurately process orders/quote for products, ensuring all specifications are met Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies Utilize software to input and track orders Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders Maintain thorough records of all orders, revisions, and communications Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order process Invoicing Key Skills and Experience Required: Proficiency with order processing software such as LogiKal, Business Micros, Window Designer, Business Micros or similar is beneficial Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently Strong organizational and time-management skills This role is Monday - Friday and permanent.
