Responsible for creating and refinancing existing BMW Finance customers within the BMW Sales department. Achieving targets set by Cotswold and BMW Financial Services whilst ensuring compliance and maximising volume and profitability. Responsibilities Building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in person and over the phone. To sell and deliver your targeted number of retention deals every month. To carry out own test drives, appointments and handovers. To utilise and manage the eMaster system to achieve incremental retention business To assist in closing your deals whilst working with the Sales Controllers and Mangers ensuring process and compliance is adhered to at all times. Maintain a 100% A/B referral rate Provide support for Sales Managers /other staff both as required Use an approved FCA approach in the presentation and sale of all financial products Comply with BMW Standards, FCA and Cotswold standards at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and focus on VOC and NPS at all times. Salary: £25,000 Basic OTE £38,500. 40 Hours 5 Day Week. No Sundays.
