This client is a well-established legal business within Liverpool. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Liverpool office for 3 months.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
1. Handle inbound calls & emails from a customer base.
2. Provide assistance and guidance to the customer.
3. Process information and update the CRM system.
4. Create cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer.
5. Liaise with internal teams to better assist the customer.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
1. Have a strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony-based role.
2. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Be proficient in using computer systems for order processing.
4. Have a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
5. Be able to work well in a team.
6. Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
