Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and client-focused environment? We’re partnering with a well-established law firm in St Albans that is seeking a skilled individual with conveyancing experience to join their Residential Property team.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of buying and selling property
Ensuring smooth progress of transactions through proactive communication with clients, agents, and lenders
Supporting senior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
Attending networking events and building strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential conveyancing with a strong understanding of property law
Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset towards business development
IT proficient with experience using case management systems
What’s on Offer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, with potential for more depending on experience
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (after probation)
