Learning Support Manager - Health and Safety
Location: Hybrid / Cannock office once a month / some travel around the UK
Salary: £50,000 per annum, DOE + Benefits!

We are committed to innovation and excellence in learning and are seeking a dynamic Learning Support Manager to lead our study support team and enhance our support services for delegates.
Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Learning Support Manager, you will oversee a team of Study Support Advisors dedicated to supporting our delegates through their learning journey. The Study Support team is integral to helping our delegates optimise their learning journey and achieve success in their assessments. You will play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring quality standards, and incorporating digital tools and personalised support systems to cater to diverse learning needs.
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading, mentoring, and managing the Study Support team to ensure high-quality delegate support.
2. Overseeing team workload, provide guidance on marking and feedback, and support team development.
3. Conducting performance reviews and identify training opportunities for team growth.
4. Ensuring marking, assessments, and study support meet IOSH and organisational quality standards.
5. Conducting internal quality assurance to maintain consistency and integrity in feedback and grading.
6. Driving the integration of digital tools and personalised learning systems to enhance the delegate experience.
7. Developing and implementing innovative support strategies for diverse learning needs.
8. Collaborating with the Lead Trainer and Product team to create and refine training materials and resources.
9. Ensuring study support services align with market trends and evolving delegate requirements.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have / be:
1. Chartered Member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
2. Proven experience as an examiner or in an equivalent assessment capacity.
3. Experience in conducting internal quality assurance within a training or education setting.
4. Familiarity with NEBOSH and the open book exam process.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and empowering team members.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
7. Knowledge of digital learning tools and a commitment to enhancing learning through technology.
8. Strategic thinker with an ability to adapt to changing needs and drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
1. Experience working in a learning or educational setting focused on adult learners.
