Job responsibilities for Customer Retention Advisor: Dealing with customers’ contract queries via telephone and email, working within strict SLAs. Complaint resolution. Extensive liaising with internal and external customers to ensure case resolution. Drafting detailed reports to be sent to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensuring all cases are recorded and assigned via our CRM system – Dynamics365. Achieving KPI’s in line with business needs. Competencies required for the Customer Retention Advisor: Customers are at the heart of our business and as such, we are looking for someone who can deliver a great customer experience. Happy to make high volume outbound calls on a daily basis. Experience working of CRM, Word, and Excel. To be methodical when performing daily tasks with a keen eye for detail. To be motivated, proactive and a natural problem solver. To be able to manage your time productively within a busy environment.
