Job Title: UK Marketing Design Lead (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid (Office-based in the UK/Remote)
Job Summary:
As the sole Designer in a dynamic UK Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand for the UK Market. You will collaborate with the EMEA and Global teams for resources and detailed brand guidelines, whilst also having the freedom to be creative and innovative to captivate our audience. You will work closely with the Marketing team to bring strategies and campaigns to life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Facilitate the deployment of the UK marketing strategy, working closely with the global and EMEA marketing teams to raise awareness of the ESET brand across multiple channels.
2. Drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams and maintaining high brand standards.
3. Liaise and manage the relationship between ESET UK and the EMEA and Global digital teams.
4. Stay on top of the latest creative and industry trends to inform future direction.
5. Oversee the design and production of all creative assets, including the development of a wide range of engaging and impactful content for digital and print-based campaigns.
6. Design comprehensive marketing material for major annual events, generating branded PowerPoint decks for webinars and presentations, producing advertising campaigns for partnerships and developing collateral for online campaigns.
7. Work closely and collaborate with an external video agency on storyboarding and producing video content.
8. Provide necessary marketing materials to support the Sales channel.
Requirements:
Education:
1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
Experience:
1. Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Experience with digital advertising formats (Google Ads, social media graphics, etc).
4. Solid experience coordinating successful marketing campaigns and event collateral.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strategic planning skills.
7. Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and external agencies.
8. Experience in planning, originating and executing campaigns – Digital, Direct marketing, above the line and sales promotional.
Language:
1. C2 English - Proficient.
Communication:
1. Able to foster long term relationships with key professionals.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies and influential professionals alongside other members of the team.
3. Ensure brand consistency in all communication efforts.
4. Maximise brand presence across multiple channels.
