Our services range from project-based solutions to large scale professional services engagements to individual resources staffed on a contract, contract to hire or permanent placement basis.
We are growing and need to add to our recruiting team.
As a recruiter you will be responsible for:
* Conducting candidate sourcing activities using various tactics and tools such as cold calling, on-line job boards, social media, and our proprietary database
* Qualifying, presenting and recommending candidates that align with the client’s needs
* Building and maintaining a qualified database of candidates within your specific vertical, industry or skill set
* Working collaboratively with the sales team to share market intel, including active leads, changes in industry/vertical, desired or sought after skill sets
* Negotiating candidate rates and other items affecting the placement of a candidate
Meeting KPIs, revenue, and gross profit goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements and Qualifications
* BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent
* Demonstrated success in contract staffing as a recruiter.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential candidates in a highly competitive space
* Persuasive, goal-oriented, organized team player
* Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
* Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), online recruiting tools, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster
