About the role
As Customer Service Advisor you will:
1. Answer telephone enquiries from customers who have been involved in accidents.
2. Load claims onto Bodyshop Management systems.
3. Guide customers through our repair claim process.
4. Update work providers on repair progression (via phone or repair tracking systems).
5. Process insurance claims excess payments.
6. Schedule repair bookings, where directed from time to time.
This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

4. Good IT skills including all Microsoft office packages
5. Ability to adopt upselling skills
6. Someone who can make customers smile
7. 3 years customer service experience
8. Full UK Driving licence
About you
Experienced in customer service with an outgoing positive personality. You will be confident when dealing with people at all levels, committed to excellence with an eye for detail. You will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and seeking a role where you can make a difference and constantly learn new things. Previous automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
