Job Description What you’ll do This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. The client is a lady who has a spinal injury living in a very family orientated household, with her husband and two daughters who all offer their continuous support. You will be assisting with her day-to-day tasks such as her personal care, helping to keep her household environment clean and tidy and driving her to and from work.
