About The Role Based in Worcester and reporting to the Legal Support Manager you will provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team. We have seen a history of success from those that join our high performing Commercial Team in this position, and look to support another individual with their career prospects. Responsibilities of a Legal Support Assistant include: Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms. Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible. Supporting the file opening process for the team. Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required. Proactive diary management for any allocated fee earners. About You Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Strong communication and organisation skills. Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.
