Junior HR Advisor
Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is delighted to be working with a major wholesaler based in Sheffield in the search for a Junior HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a 15-18 months fixed term contract with a strong potential to go permanent. My client is a global leading supplier, operating across several countries with an annual turnover in excess of £60 million.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Graduate looking for their first role within human resources to join an established and experienced team.
As a Junior HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and adverts and arranging interviews.
* Maintaining the HR Information system is up to date.
* Supporting with the onboarding process and sending out offer letters and contracts.
* Contributing to the development and renewal of an HR scorecard that monitors the HR contribution to the business in a period of significant growth.
* Assisting with annual HR processes and projects such as performance and talent reviews, salary reviews.
