Our Virtual Assistant's play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of Dot Dot Loans.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, email management, data entry, and organising files to ensure smooth daily operations.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to upload, edit, and manage website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email or chat, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
Social Media Assistance: Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with the marketing team.
Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Lead Management: Monitor and track leads generated through the platform, ensuring proper distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by management, such as reporting, creating presentations, or supporting new initiatives.
Part-time hours may vary, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends. Your availability will be discussed during the second phase of interviews, which will be conducted via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
