About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Aspinall Arms in Clitheroe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, driving food culture, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu concepts and kitchen strategies.
* Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive kitchen environment.
* Ensure seamless kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
* Monitor and control kitchen costs, including inventory management and waste reduction.
