JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Contract Support/Administration. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, strong IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly.
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established team in Shepshed in a small, friendly office environment. This role will suit somebody who is a strong Administrator, with excellent IT, organisational and teamwork skills.

Role profile:
* Supporting the main Admin Department as and when required
* Working closely with Contract and Site Management
* Creating and maintaining job files and health and safety documents
* Updating various progress trackers for projects
* Dealing with the productions of manuals and setting up individual property packs
* Invoicing and filing
* General office duties
Person profile:
* Friendly, team player
* Good communications skills both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills
Essential criteria:
* Previous experience
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Desired criteria:
* Business administration qualification
