The Role - Assembly Technician, Scientific Instrumentation
Our client is looking to recruit an Assembly Technician responsible for:
Building and calibrating complex scientific instrumentation
Receiving and executing work plans
Performing integration processes
Supporting engineering projects
Performing trouble shooting, finding effective and efficient solutions
Your Background - Assembly Technician, Scientific Instrumentation
To succeed in this varied and exciting role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
A background in engineering, electro-mechanical assembly or electrical assembly
Knowledge of computer controlled instrumentation, precision mechanical and electrical assembly, soldering and other electrical skills would be beneficial but is not essential
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines while maintaining a methodical approach
