Job summary The Recovery Team is a Adult Mental Health Community team looking after individuals presenting from different backgrounds, presenting with a number of different mental health conditions. As a team we see service users holistically taking account of all that aspects of life including physical mental social and economic well-being. We work within a recovery model and approach in seeking and understanding people's desired goals and work with them to achieve these. Support others to perform at their best. Encouraging to colleagues and supporting the team to achieve the highest standards. While challenging and busy work it is highly rewarding, improving mental health and on going recovery, along with a team who are very support and have a positive working culture. Main duties of the job To work as a member of the team providing mental health services as required to patients in the Recovery Team Adult Community Mental Health. To be available to work flexibly across 5 day a week service. To assist in the delivery of high standards of care and support to individual clients working collaboratively with qualified nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, Psychologist and Doctors. To offer support to people and working with people with complex needs and often difficult to engage individuals.
