Job Title: SEN Teacher with Leadership Opportunities
Location: Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge
Salary: Up to £51,200.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN teacher to join our close-knit team at Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge.

About the Role
We require an experienced SEN teacher who can make a significant contribution to our school.
This role is based in our Secondary Site, teaching classes aged between 11 and 19.
We welcome applications from candidates with QTS status, whether their experience is in Primary or Secondary Teaching.
We are looking for applicants with leadership potential and a willingness to lead in a particular curriculum area.
You will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximizes pupils' achievement and ability to develop.
The pupils may display some challenging behavior due to their different needs, so staff are required to have experience working with pupils with complex additional needs.
You will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way, work with support staff within the classroom, and provide feedback to SLT, parents, and carers.
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have previous experience teaching in an SEN school or extensive experience working with pupils with complex additional needs.
* Have experience teaching and be able to plan fun and engaging sessions.
* Hold a UK QTS or QTLS.
