UTrust Recruitment Doncaster office are looking for an accounts assistant. 20 Hours per week Monday to Wednesday with a little flexibility for holiday cover. Based in our Doncaster office. THE ROLE :- Support the day to day functions of the accounts / admin sector. Weekly sales ledger and month end postings. Working on Sage payroll Sage 50 accounts. Excel data input. Dealing with timesheets and clients on email and the phone. Assisting the Finance Director and the office team with other ad hoc admin duties. REQUIREMENTS :- Previous Sage experience. Microsoft Excel data input. Good working knowledge of accounting routines. Knowledge of month end reporting. Month end reconciliation experience. We are a very busy recruitment business, so ideally coming from a well organised background, who is diligent when it comes to accounts and inputting figures.
