You will be responsible for conducting detailed asset verification surveys, primarily focusing on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in a variety of commercial and industrial properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site asset verification surveys of M&E systems. Record and validate asset information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide detailed reports and documentation. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Travel between sites using a company-provided vehicle. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering or a similar field (essential). Previous experience in asset verification or a related role. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. A full UK driving license is required.
