Job Description:
1. Provide L3 operational support on TrueSight (TSOM) and BHOM, as per agreed SLAs.
2. Hands-on experience in managing TSOM and BHOM products, including administration and solutioning.
3. Experience in migrating from TSOM to BHOM.
4. Implement, customize, and configure BMC products.
5. Maintain TSOM application platform availability as per agreed availability commitments.
6. Integrate BMC products with each other and third-party applications.
7. Troubleshoot TrueSight application, customizations, and integration issues.
8. Follow ITIL standard best practices.
9. Recommend and plan upgrades/patches and rollout of new features.
10. Working knowledge of the latest versions of BMC Products, various migration tools, and BMC Helix.
11. Working knowledge of SaaS, Cloud Technologies, and various integrations.
12. Working knowledge of TrueSight Ops Management, Patrol, TrueSight Synthetic Monitoring, TMART, Entuity, Prometheus, Grafana, Atrium Orchestrator, etc.
13. Able to design and document requirements comprehensively to execute project plans.
14. Ability to automate complex requirements using scripting. Strong troubleshooting skills to debug scripts including DOS Batch, PowerShell, Perl, Python, Unix Shell script, and JavaScript.
15. Hardworking, dedicated, and possess effective communication skills.
16. Provide L2/L3 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight and BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs.
17. Experience in L3 support, administration, and development is essential.
18. Maintain BHOM/TrueSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitments.
19. Assist customers in driving adoption of the monitoring solution across environments.
